Shipping times
We ship from our factory located in Sydney, Australia. We currently ship Australia wide.
- Orders shipped to Australian capital cities will usually arrive within 2 to 5 days.
- Orders shipped to more remote areas can take up to 7 days to arrive.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated via the shipping calculator located on the website and are based on the weight and dimensions of the order.

At checkout, select the pickup option and make your purchase. After you receive your order confirmation, you will receive a second email stating that we are preparing your order. Pickup orders are generally ready for pickup with 72 hours, depending on what you have ordered.
When your order is ready for pickup, you will receive an email stating that you may visit our retail location with the business address and hours. Please bring valid identification and order confirmation email to the store.
